1. Adjust strap to fit snugly around the waist. (Strap should be on your right side.)
2. Position lumbar support, as needed.
3. Rest arms and elbows comfortably and naturally on the pillow.
Washing instructions
My Brest Friend features a removable, 100% cotton, machine washable cover.
Close zipper fully and secure strap before washing.
Wash warm, gentle cycle. No bleach. Hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
